Kitchen: $29/hr for prep-only clients (12 hr/month minimum, $348/mo minimum); $33/hr for main kitchen clients (12 hr/month minimum, $396/mo minimum); 3-month minimum contract; one month rent security deposit. Clients with 20+ hrs/month receive customized reduced hourly rate including dry and cold storage. Flat monthly rates available for dedicated space and unlimited usage. Additional charges may apply for electricity/equipment storage, dry/cold/packaging storage, and photography/film/event space. Mobile Food Commissary: $99 security deposit; monthly rate $99, quarterly rate $264, annual rate $720; 3-month minimum contract; discounts for multiple months paid and for vendors outside Travis County.
