About this truck
Craft smash burgers made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Founded by Ron and Lindsey Hunt, Sear + Savor started as "Smash by The Kitchen Sink" in Eagle, Idaho in July 2023 before rebranding in 2024. They chose a custom-built food trailer over a brick-and-mortar location so they could bring their burgers all over the Treasure Valley, setting up at breweries, neighborhoods, food truck parks, and special events. New smash burger recipes are still being created and tested today.
