1400 Food Lab is a Columbus maker space for food entrepreneurs, a membership-based commissary kitchen with 16,000 square feet of commercial kitchen, production, food truck base camp, and event space for food professionals and enthusiasts.

Food cart monthly membership available for regulatory/commissary compliance without onsite cart storage. Food Truck Base Camp has 21 spaces (utility and non-utility). Short-term contracts available for dedicated ghost kitchen production space.
