Fuel Kitchens is Pueblo, Colorado's first full-scale commissary kitchen, offering a 3,000 sq. ft. shared-use kitchen with 24/7 access, complemented by 6,000 sq. ft. of freezer space, 2,000 sq. ft. of refrigerated space, and 4,000 sq. ft. of dry storage. Membership options include a Day Pass, Nights & Weekends, Makers, and a dedicated Food Trucks plan that provides up to 40 hours of kitchen time, dedicated parking with a 20-amp plug, hot and cold water, and grey water disposal.
