All packages require 6-month contract. One-time setup fee $300 (non-refundable); security deposit $500 (refundable). Initiation fee $199 (non-refundable, paid at tour/registration). Custom packages available for 80+ hrs/mo. Consulting billed at $75/hr. Dry storage: 1/2 of 4ft or 4ft dunnage rack $60, 4ft rack or security cage $100, bun/sheet pan rack $50, half rack 5ft $125, 6ft $150, pallets $175. Walk-in cooler: 1/2 of 4ft or 4ft dunnage rack $80, 4ft rack or security cage $150, bun/sheet pan rack $60, 2-door reach-in $300, 1-door reach-in $150, half rack 5ft $185, 6ft $225, pallets $250. Freezer: same rates as walk-in cooler. Demo room rental $40/hr.
