2. Description of Service
StreetLegal provides AI-assisted food truck permit management tools, including:
- AI-powered document processing and form filling
- Permit deadline tracking and renewal reminders
- Commercial kitchen marketplace
- Document storage and management

3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for annual plans within 30 days of purchase.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Our AI tools assist with form filling and provide permit guidance. However:
- AI outputs may contain errors and should always be reviewed by you
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content

6. User Content & Data

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREETLEGAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreetLegal from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be available for export for 30 days following termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
